Solve clients worries,help to develop the bobbin coil for Brake Block

For some clients,they may didnt have detailed specification or parameters,even they cannot tell what products they will want,just can tell what kind of effect they will need.

A few weeks ago, Mr.L send us an inquiry about the inductor coil on Brake Block.which has only a rough picture with a  damaged samples.he only knows the bobbin coil size.

He asked if we can recommend similar bobbin coil one for his testing.since we are mainly doing the customized one.our clients will have his own mould also we had sign related NDA documents for products

So we would suggest he to open his own mould for the bobbins,we custom winding as per his size and requirements.

Only 2-3 days after received his sample ,our engineer team test and analysis his sample as per his some informaiton.

And quickly we arranged a new sample and send for testing, however this sample remake 4 times,since his original information is not completely or inaccurate.

He test and feedback to us,then we improved and improved again based on his adjust request on the inductance and resistance and other parameters.

Last week, Mr.L told this sample finally pass and can go on next step.

Without our sales patience discussion,he cannot do next step.since he communicated with many different supplier, a few can are willing to do the sample or even quote the price for him since his lack of parameters.
