Mr.Robert Visit Our ChengPin Coil Factory --Welcome
Today Mr.Robert who from UK Fly to PingXian City and Visit our Factory for his first cooperation.
Mr.Robert find us in our international coil website https://www.jyinductor.com/inductor-coil-winding
He mainly interested in high transformers
After discuss with some transformers technique,product development,and quickly decide to make a sample for testing.
Soonest,he received the samples and find it;s quality,parameter etc are all meet his standard.
But the price was a little bit higher than his budget and cannot get the final decision between us and other supplier who is within his budget but the quality and others may not so satisfied him.
Our present Mr.Quek knowing that.and decide to invite Mr.Robert come to factory to see our Quality Control,Products processing,Testing etc.and booked the ticket for him.
During this visit,Mr.Quek accompany Mr.Robert with our three workshop building.
Introduced him why our products is more higher than others.
There are QC checking every steps,each steps with a working insturciton and strictly based on ISO14001,ISO9000 and Toyota Lean management system.
Fully automatic and advanced machine with a better winding coil.
Every step with seperately working station avoid the mistake.
Will full testing equipment to gurantee the products performance.
Every workers with experienced training skillers to avoid the scrap rate
That is why the coil and transformers from ChengPin factory with 20% higher cost but 1-2 times longer lifetime and higher quality standard.
After reviewing above workshop and knowing the transformers strict process.
